Fiona C Davis is an accredited MBACP registered psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience.
Fiona can support in diverse areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, life transitions, loss, trauma and many others. Fiona works with adolescents and adults of all ages and backgrounds.

Fiona's professional training and experience equip her to work very flexibly and tailor her approach to individual needs. She is an integrative therapist using Person-Centred and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and specifically, to treat trauma, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprogramming) - Fiona always seeks to show compassion, warmth and sometimes, where appropriate, humour in her approach.
