Patience Osekre is a Psychotherapist and a Wellness Consultant trained in the UK with a wealth of experience and expertise in providing Health and Well-being Services for individuals, groups and organisations. She has worked for many years in managerial positions within the public/ statutory, private and voluntary sectors in the UK until relocating to Ghana.

She is currently a Managing Director of Supreme Healthcare Management Services and EAP-Africa (Subsidiary) in Ghana, a pioneering initiative in Sub Saharan Africa that provides 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and Wellbeing Services and Consultancy for oil companies, embassies, schools, clinics, hospitals, and other corporate institutions and industries to enhance employee wellbeing, performance and productivity. She leads a multi-disciplinary/multi-Lingual team of professionals in delivering a wide range of Employee Well-being Services.

Patience is currently engaged in initiatives to assist corporate organisations in redefining Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing as a business imperative and strategic priority. Her prime goal is to help organisations harness the mental capital of their workforce by developing meaningful and sustained wellbeing policies and workplace interventions that support good mental health.

She has been involved in a lot of research in the UK which has helped to promote, safeguard the welfare needs and best interests of children and adults. Promoting her clients' emotional and psychological well-being has been a huge passion that fuels her zeal, commitment, and determination. She is currently writing a book entitled “Emotional Literacy”. She is a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists UK and a registered member of HCPC (Health &Care Professionals Council) the UK.

Patience specialises in working with both children/adults who have complex emotional and psychological problems such as, trauma, anger management, low self-esteem/value, anxiety, stress management, drug/alcohol/food addiction, weight management issues, depression, relationship/marital issues, loss and bereavement, bullying, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, intrusive /suicidal thoughts, lifestyle choices and many work and personal life-related issues.
Patience loves reading and gardening. She loves travelling and is always in awe of nature particularly, lakes, rivers, ocean. Her versatility and authentic creativity reflect in her profession.
