  1. Refund Period: You have a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase to request a refund for your product/service.

  2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

    • No bookings have been made for the service purchased

  3. Refund Process:

    • Provide your order number, name, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

    • Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  4. No Refunds After 14 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after the initial 14-day period has expired.

  5. Exceptions:
